Matheny Heating & Cooling offers planned maintenance programs to help reduce your utility costs. Our planned maintenance programs offer the following:

• We first inspect all filters.
• We inspect, lubricate and adjust your heating and cooling system.
• We check heat exchangers, thermostats, blowers, amp draws, wire connections, safety devices, refrigerant and burners.
• We oil all motors.
• We service your system twice annually.
• Planned maintenance is performed weekdays between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
